    Details

    • Ride-On TPS (Tire Protection System) is a tire balancer and sealant compound that evenly coats the inner surface of your tires.
    • This coating balances your tires and makes them into self-sealing tires while you ride.
    • Eliminates need for those old ugly wheel weights.
    • Ride-On is specially formulated to hydro dynamically balance high-speed tires; dampen road noise and vibrations that cause a rough ride.
    • If your tire is punctured, the centrifugal force of the rotating tire and the internal air pressure force Ride-On into the hole, sealing it instantly (up to 1/4" in tubeless tires and 1/8" in tube tires).
    • Ride-On is a green biodegradable product that is designed to be non-hazardous and non-flammable, and contains corrosion inhibitors that protect all alloys of steel, aluminum, magnesium and yellow metals against oxidation.
    • Note: After installing the Ride-On Tire Balancer & Sealant into your tires you may notice a slight vibration until the sealant has warmed up and distributed evenly in your tires. This process usually takes 2-5 miles. Please DO NOT attempt to rebalance tire's after the installation of Ride-On Tire Balance & Sealant. Ride-On will act as a balancer and will result in erroneous readings from a dynamic spin balancer.

    Great so far.
This review covers the installation and balance aspects of Ride-On since I haven’t had to test its puncture healing ability.

Install was easy, you just to have some patience in order to work all the “goop” into the tire. Multiple bottle taps, shakes, and squeezes required to really get it all in the tire.

Took the single weight off my front (Kawasaki Versys 650, stock rims, TKC80 front and Mitas E-07+ Dakar rear) wheel, no weights on either wheel now and they run super smooth at all speeds.

    Recommended.

    Super Easy!
This is my first time to use this product and I am very pleased with how easy the install was. I have used beads to balance the tires on my R3 and the install didn't work as adertised. The beads would not go into the tire valve. This stuff balances the tire and is a piece of cake to install. If you are thinking of using this product Just Do It!

    Ride-On Balancer / Sealant
I have used Ride On on all of my motorcycles and UTV since 2012. The product is easy to use. The biggest benefit I have found in on my road bike. Ride-On does an excellent job of balancing the tires without the use of wheel weights and the tires run a bit cooler. I also get better mileage out of my tires. I highly recommend Ride-On.

    Saved me from a flat.
I ran Ride On in my dual sport tires for the last 3000 miles. When I went to change tires I found an 1/8th hole in the center of the contact patch the was plugged with Ride On. I don’t know how far from home I was when this stuff saved me. For the peace of mind it’s worth the price for me.

    Work as advertised
I tried these in my new Dunlop Roadsmart 3's front and back. I actually do get a very smooth ride and did not have to balance the tires prior to installing. Very easy and works great.

Can this used in utv wheels and tires ?
    Bill F on Mar 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Manufacturer says it can be used on cars, motorcycles, SUV and off road vehicles. Nine formulations cover various applications including UTVs.
Is there a time limit of how long you have before you take the 4 to 6 mile ride? I am having a tire mounted and will be able to fill the ride on in the tire then re inflate while the wheel is off the bike. Then install the wheel and ride. Is that too long a time?
    A shopper on Aug 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I don't believe so. Every night the bike sits the stuff sort of settles to the bottom and hydrodynamicaly re-balances every time to start riding it again. At least that was my understanding. I run tubes and keep the same tube with the rim with the Ride-On in it and install multiple tires. It's always smooth riding like a perfectly balance wheel , I would assume the stuff must redistribute where needed to match the new tire or the wear of a tire at each ride. I will always run Ride-On. Not for the tire sealing properties, but for the balancing properties. I burn through tires about every 5K and never have to worry about stick on weights or balancing. Just swap the tire and ride.
Can this balance out a rim lock, or is it more suited to fine tuning your wheel balance?
    Evan B on Sep 10, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It should be able to balance out a rim lock if you ise the recommended amount of product. I put an atv tire on the back of my TW 200 and it was very unbalanced (shaking violently above 40 mph) but Ride On smoothed it perfectly.
    does tempature effect the balancing?
    MICHAEL M on Sep 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I'm sure colder Temps make the stuff less fluid, but I've ridden numerous times in below freezing Temps and have never noticed out of balance wheels so it must still distribute and function. I'll never not run this stuff. And not for its puncture properties, but for its balancing properties. No more weights!
Is this an appropriate sealant to use along with the Tubliss system?
(I've seen Stan's and Slime recommended for use with Tubliss, but this looks interesting since balancing will likely be needed when using Tubliss on a dual-sport.)
    Bill V on May 10, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I've used this in all my bikes tubed and tubeless. Although it has a higher percentage chance of sealing a leak in a tubeless tire of about 90% and about a 50% in a tubed. It depends on the size of the hole punched in your tire. I've run it in my Goldwing(tubeless), KLR650(tubed) and CRF250(tubed) and fixing to put it in my Shadow Ace 1100(tubed) after I change tires. Even though the chance of stopping the leak in a tube is about 50/50 thats better than nothing and it does balance your tires so you can lose the ugly weights.
If your rims already have weights on them. Do you need to remove the weights, or can they stay on?
    mark s on Jun 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If the weights are there to balance the rim--without the tire--I would leave the weights there. Meaning someone took the time to balance just the rim. Otherwise, each tire has its own balance needs and Ride-On will balance the tire without weights. Actually, you should remove the weights so the tire will balance correctly with Ride-On.
how much do I need for a dirtbike?
    Michael N on May 25, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/docs/motorcycle-dosage-april-2012.pdf

This is a link that will tell you how much you will need in order to fill your tire. Just match the size of tire that you have with the chart.
is this for tubed tires or just tubeless?
    A shopper on Aug 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You can use this tire balancer and sealant in both tube type and tubeless tires.
