  Great except sore legs from where it rubbed my boot

  These really help a ton with arm pump and gripping the bike. The only problem I had was that after a lot of riding in michigan sand, it felt like the inside of my calves was raw from the extra pressure even through the boot. I would definitely want to make sure I have extra hard plastic or something thicker than just leather at the top inside of the boot.
