SuperATV uses a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you’re used to. Thanks to the X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack, RackBoss® 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without getting sloppy steering. You get like-new operation that lasts longer than any other steering rack. Plus, the built-in grease fittings allow you to push out all the crud that can get in when you go hard in mud or water. The steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but strong. The swaged design significantly improves the strength of the 7/8" diameter tubing. They feature rebuildable inner ball and sockets that use beefy 14" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. They’re paired with 14 mm outer tie rod ends to make sure the weak points are as strong as possible. They’re perfect for the casual rider that’s tired of their stock performance.
