Suspension

Had these for 1/3 of the cost of all others because it was labeled as fitting an older non popular bike, so I bought them all because in reality there is no physical difference in the device regardless of what motorcycle your installing it on. One fits all so purchase the cheapest one advertised. Same as a "works connection" throttle tube. Comes with all gears to fit all throttle housings, they are not bike specific.

Awesome spring. I put this on my 2006 klr650 and the bike rides street a LOT better. I do suffer some on the more aggressive trails but, unfortunately, I'm not on them much.

Great! Work as they should. Tight fit, may require some altering to fit properly.

I got this 2 years ago and have put a number of hours on the bike. Bike is lowered a couple of inches and it makes a big difference. Suspension is a bit harsher than before as you would expect with shorter springs but nothing that would make me regret this. I originally looked into having custom valving and suspension done to lower 1 to 2 inches but this is far less costly and if you have rebuilt forks or shocks before it's straightforward. There was a video (from RMATV) for rebuilding the shock on my bike which I followed to install the spacer. I followed the instructions for the fork but they are a bit confusing as to how to put in the spacer, I had to reason it out how they went in for the last step to get the 2 inch lowering. I almost put it back together wrong but realized I had put in the spacer wrong before I went too far. For the shock I did not have nitrogen but I substituted argon gas from my TIG welding kit for it. I had to buy a shock fill kit but argon will work just as well as nitrogen. Be aware it's for a rider weight of 155#. I assume that is "dry" (i.e., without gear) and I am 150-155 without all my gear. Seems spot on for the spring weight. As someone said, if you are not familiar with fork and shock work you might think about having a professional install it.

Love it. I am able to maintain my lower shock bushing and keep it moving freely by pumping fresh grease into after every few rides. I have been using it for over a year now and close to 100 hours and still works like new.
