Take your KTM hard boxes off of your 2016 1290 Super Adventure and throw them away. These panniers are so much better and rigid. MUE IMPORTANTE: if you are thinking about adding a RotopaX fuel can the 1.75 gallon and above will not physically fit. You are limited to the 1 gallon can. Still nice to have an extra gallon of fuel.Read All Reviews

These Tusk pannier racks and boxes are awesome and fit the 2016 KTM 1290 Super Adventure so much better than the KTM hard boxes. MUE IMPORTANTE!!! If you are thinking about adding a Rotopax fuel can, the 1.75 gallon and above will not physically fit. You must go with the 1 gallon can.Read All Reviews

Easy to mount. Used with Dirt Racks on my KLR. Easy to use. Hold quite a bit. Inner bags are handy at the campground. The lower forward corners had worn through from the inner plastic stiffener and the outer pad rubbing. I used these on 2 BDRs. One bag got ripped by a dead tree limb and one was destroyed in a crash. Not super durable off road. More expensive brands like Mosko Moto and Giant Loop cost twice as much but you only buy them once.Read All Reviews

This bag isn't very well though out. There are a couple of pouches, but those pouches have no closures so aren't the best place to keep anything you might want to keep. The main pouch (which does zip) doesn't have much capacity and won't hold tools that are particularly long, like my favorite tire irons, unless I really force them in there. It would be more useful if it were longer and lower profile, so you could fit better tools and not catch it with your boot when you mount the bike. Still, it takes weight out of the backpack. But I prefer the front fender pack that I have on the other bike.Read All Reviews

I really like this rack - really solid design and nicely made. BUT - for the DRZ400 you should know that for installation, this will mount at the seat mounting bolts. You will be able to remove the seat, but you will have to completely remove the rack to remove the side covers.Read All Reviews

This stays pretty snug on the fender of my 2015 Beta 300 without even needing to be screwed in (though I did send it flying once on a series of fast but deep whoops.) It carries all the tools I need keeps a good bit of weight out of my backpack.Read All Reviews
