Keeping your forks performing at their best is essential for any rider to excel on the track or trail. However, many overlook the need to service the components inside the inner cartridges. One such component is the free pistons in the compression assembly, which may require hardware replacement over time. The Tusk Free Piston Rebuild Kit does just that specifically for your Tusk KYB Fork Free Pistons but can also be utilized for the Zeta line up, SDI, and even OEM free pistons where applicable.

• Has enough hardware to replace two free pistons.
• Kit includes
  - 2 Upper Bushings
  - 2 Lower Bushings
  - 2 Outer O-Rings
  - 2 Teflon Rings
  - 2 Inner Oil Seal
  - 2 Circlips
• Is a full replacement for 2162000001 (Tusk KYB Fork Free Pistons)
• Can be used to replace most of the hardware on OEM free pistons along with Zeta and SDI ones with the exception of their inner oil seals. The Tusk inner oil seal matches the OEM seal type whereas the Zeta Free Pistons use a standard O-ring, and SDI has its own proprietary inner seal system.
• Kit will not include the two lower outer O-rings found on OEM and Zeta Standard Free Pistons.
