  • Wiseco Piston Replacement Circlip

Clip opening should face down towards the crank

On high rpm 2 stroke engines (up to 150cc), make sure you rotate the clips so the opening faces downward. Clip may fatigue and come out if you don't do top end rebuilds very regularly and they are not installed with opening facing down. I learned this the hard way.

    Hot Cams Camshaft (Stage 2)

I've installed Hot Cams Stage-2 on YZ250F CRF450R CRF450X CRF250R. Drop-in and Go ! - No Jetting changes were ever required, probably because jetting was Good ! Run Pump gas if you want. I'd grab a New Timing chain and Lifters that are high-time or appear worn.. Follow break-in procedures by Hot Cams to the Letter - VERY Good Performance - A Seriously Good UP-Grade! - The Real Deal, there's Nothing to Dislike - Onthepipe !!

  • Hot Cams Camshaft (Exhaust) Stage 2

    Jason in CA

    Great cams !

I installed the stage two intake and exhaust together. This is a great upgrade to a DRZ400S. Improves the engines characteristic. Now revs much smoother quicker and to a higher RPM. Have not upgraded my carburetor yet and so there isn't really a huge increase in power. The stock CV carbs on the S and SM models really are the biggest performance limiting factor.
