Modeled after EVS Axis Pro, the Axis Sport Knee Brace was designed for lightweight comfort and flexibility utilizing reinforced nylon injected upper and lower cuffs. The aluminum hinge allows for a low profile structure, which results in a comfortable, lightweight and rigid brace.
Not comfortable. They aren’t bulky at all so that’s not the problem. The straps dig into my thighs and are extremely uncomfortable when trying to corner or while sitting on a MX track. I wore them twice and the Velcro padding has already ripped off and needing glued
I ordered 3 pair of knee braces to test fit- Leatt X-brace, EVS Axis Sport, and Leatt Z-brace. While I ended up keeping the Z's, primarily because of the price/protection balance, the Axis Sport were very much in contention. They were VERY comfortable for my short legs, very well padded, and extremely well strapped. I was really torn about keeping these but in the end, the streamlined Z-force stayed with me. Can't comment on Durability since I never actually used them.
Very bulky and don't move well with your leg. I've had 2 pairs of the old red braces and liked them but the new black braces are terrible. In updating these braces they skipped the one thing that need the most attention, the straps. The break easily.
I’ve had these for about 5 months and absolutely love them. I just wrecked yesterday and this morning I didn’t remember a thing. Apparently I have a concussion. My whole body is sore except for my lower thigh and down. These are incredible and evs will continue to have my business.
