Helped me walk away from a crash
I went down yesterday at about 60 MPH wearing this jacket. I ended up sliding on my chest for quite a distance. Before sliding it hit my left elbow. The material of the jacket and the elbow pad held up, and saved me from injury. I walked away with a cut on my hand and that was it. Glad to have been wearing my MSR gear, and I can strongly recommend its durability in a crash.

Seems like it will be fairly durable and breathable I like the fit and stretch panels it's been a little chilly here so I really can't comment on the venting but it's more than likely good enough my only complaint is that I wish it had armor pockets so you at least have the choice on using it or not price is great plenty of bang for the buck

Quality, value and style all packed into one
Really like this jacket. Excellent ventilation and I love the liner for easy on and off. Put it on for the morning and ride without having to attach it to the jacket. Take if off and stuff it for the warmer part of the day. The CE protection is very comfortable front and back. I'm 6' and weigh 170lbs with a 33 waist and I ordered a a large. Easily adjustable and I have room for my heated vest for that winter riding. Great value and quality. I did not rate the waterproofing.

Great, but arm room is too tight
Quality of construction is great. Value is great. However, I have to question the fit. I am 6", 210 pounds, and got an XL. Body fit is great, as is arm length (typically too short), but even with my twig like arms, the jacket felt really bunched up at the arms when even slightly bending my elbows. Remove the inner warmth liner and all is well. I will be exchanging for an XXL, to see if that works, otherwise I need to tru something else. I cant speak to durability, protection or weatherproofing, as this jacket has only been test fit at home. Ill edit later after actual use.

Great hot weather jacket
Flows a lot of air. pretty light and comfortable. seems well made. the main zipper sticks a lot, and the collar is annoying. I wish it had snaps or something to hold it down out of the way
