  Great boots to start out with, just as all the other reviews mention. Closures are good and easy to manage. The initial 'stiffness' breaks in after one ride and are comfortable right out of the box. I wear a size 9-ish shoe and the size 10 (EU 43) fits great.

  A good boot, no qualms.

  I prefer the SG-12s, and own eight pair in various colors to suit my different gear choices. I bought two pair of the Fastbacks as I wanted the colors that were not available in the 12s. Fastbacks are a well-made and capable boot, noticeably lighter than the 12s. Recommended if the 12s (or 22s!) are outside your range.
