ITP Ultracross tires are more of a desert tire but have been proven over and over in baja where racers encounter everything from mud to silt to water crossings.
Zach L.27x10-12 should clear front and rear with no spacers required.
TODD HThe unmounted height of this tire is 30". You can expect about 3/4" of extra height when the tire is mounted and inflated with air.
Ryan W.They weigh about 34.9 pounds.
Ryan W.I use the same size front and rear that way I needed only one size for a spare. The first time I ordered the Ultracross R Spec I ordered five tires and five SDI beadlock rims. That gave me the option of rotating tires and having one spare. But in reality I did not rotate nor had I used my spare. When the rears worn down I moved both fronts to the rear, ordered ONE new tire. The original spare and new tire went on the front and now I have two spares that are used rears. I really like the way the tires handle, must smoother on hard pack than the stock tires (still have) and they wear better. A big advantage over the stock tires is more protection from puncture in the tread pattern and side wall. Note the rims will require lug nuts to match, the stock nuts will not work.
Roy PThey run a little small unless you run a ton of air pressure in them. I have had 2 sets of 32" ultracross tires. With 25psi they are right at 32" but they are around 31" at lower pressure. They do great in the sand. I ran them in 4wd for an entire weekend at the dunes. They handle great and got good traction they prob would have done fine in 2wd but i always run 4wd in the sand. The only down fall in the sand is that they are heavier and stiffer then my paddles, but that is to be expected with a dirt tire. Tread wear seem to be good and they are ridiculously tough. I have put both sets through a ton of abuse and never had a flat.
CHARLES SITP Ultracross is one the best tires I have put on my UTV
I have used at least 5 other brand name tires and find that the ITP Ultracross has been the best.
They have outlasted all other tires in its price range, very durable tire
Would highly recommend
Manufacturer specs are 20/32" and let me add an ITP Ultracross testimonial .I have raced the same set of 32x10-15 Ultracross R Spec tires in two ,that's right two BITD Parker 250 races. Finished both times without a flat, scratch, cut, nothing at all. These tires are fantastic. Brian Instagram Allairedesertracing
Brian AYes There should be plenty of clearance.
Cody MIf your machine is a XP1000 I would be concerned about running the same size tires front and rear with different width wheels. The rear wheels are wider than the fronts and the same tire front and rear would have a lower profile on the wider wheel making it smaller in diameter.
