Best Tire Ever in my 40+ yrs. Riding
I've been riding for over 40 years, mostly sportbikes but i also have a cruiser... Hands down these are the best, longest lasting tires i've ever used... Period !!! I'm used to getting 4 to 6,000 miles on a sportbike tire... For the last 4 years i've written down the date and mileage for every service in the shop, and every oil change i do myself... I got 12,000 miles on the front tire, and it could have gone longer, (just at the wear indicators) and 11,000 on the rear, and that was definitely the max because the center was starting to peel...not seeing the belts yet, but close !! I accelerate hard and drive fast, and i drive in all weather.. Never do burnouts..The day i got my latest Honda CBR1000RR i drove 250 miles back home in the pouring rain.. It was both awesome and it sucked all in one.... I didn't know anything about these tires as i had been using the Diablo Rosso 2's and 3's, so i thought this must be a lesser tire, but after not slipping at all in the worst nor'easter rain i've ever driven in, i did some research and discovered what i already knew to be true.... that these are better tires for the rain then what i was using... I don't see any difference in cornering with these vs the Rosso's... I'm not a knee dragger, but people have complimented how much of the tire i use, based on looking at the wear pattern going out to the edge.... I've seen people report much less mileage with their bikes, and i can't say why... I've also seen reviews with similar mileage to my own and comments where people are saying "that's impossible.." All i can tell ya is i'm sure of what mileage i got with my CBR and i will buy these again and again, albeit less often because they really last !!! Definitely worth a few bucks more, especially when you consider how much it costs to mount them each time !!!!

    These are good but expensive
I like these rear tires a lot. But they’ve gotten too expensive for my blood. I got about 6K miles every time. I’m not very aggressive accelerating but I do corners aggressively knee down. By the time the rear tires worn out to the cord, the sides are basically bald too. I’ve ventured into Bridgestone now. BT 023 rears have surprised me in a good way. Now they’re almost gone dropped model of tire so I’m trying the T31’s with the generous rebate offer. I’d have never switched but Pirelli got greedy and fall of 2017 they were asking like $179 a/per rear tire! I mean? Come on they’re good but let’s be reasonable Pirelli. I don’t get quit the mileage from the Bridgestone BT023 but it’s close and traction is close too. I run 36psi in the rears. 34 psi in the fronts. I’ve been using single compound metzeler M7RR fronts with the angel GT rears and with the Bridgestone BT023 rears too. I’m going to try a T31 and S22 fronts for curiosity sake. Not crazy about the M7RR cause they wear scalloped at just off center tread.
This is the BT023 rear new vs worn. Angel GT’s were worn out similar.

    Pirelli Angel GT Tires
I've probably bought 15 sets of these tires over the years. I usually get about 4000 miles from a rear maybe 6000 from a front. I've used them on Ducati's and Bmw's. I put them on when I'm going on a 2000 plus mile trip. They last and they are sticky enough to have fun in the twisties.

    Great all around tire
Would reccomend this tire to anyone looking to get great tread life out of a tire, along with good grip. Had these on a previous bike with 5,000 miles on them, and they were still in good shape. That's why I ordered them for my new bike, when the original tires needed replaced.

    My Angels
The back is as good as my front. I’m glad I chose my Angel tires. I wouldn’t trade them. I love the way they hug the road, how they cut corners. I feel safe. I have my back tire as a angel on my sportster 883 superlow Harley-Davidson. It fits great and will buy more.
I’m putting the 1200 in because it said only that bike but my 8883 loves it

Pirelli Angel GT on my 2008 Super Glide CVO
Installed the tire on my super glide on Friday went for about a 400 mile ride on Sunday. On the way back around the lake we got caught in a thunderstorm the bike handled extremely well I was really glad I had the deeper tread. It cleared up for about 45 minutes of beautiful thunder and lightning with Sunshine then it down poured and got black standing water in the road grooves brutally wet made it through flawlessly. Great traction. The tire is still brand new so I don't know how the tread life will do, but I only got 6000 miles to the cords out of my Rossi Diablo will not go back to that tire.

    Great for the K1600 GT
These are on my BMW K1600 GT. 11,000 highway miles off the last set. Handles great in wet and dry. Typical flat center with highway riding but 11,000 miles is the best I've ever seen with any tire on this heavy bike

    Too early to tell
Just put the tires on...less than 100 miles on the tire so im still getting used to them. More rounded than the michelin pilot road 4 than im used to so the turn in is slower. Seem to grip well...hope to get some good mileage out of them. Pleased so far...
