  • Pirelli MT16 Garacross Intermediate Terrain

    Adam in MD

    Good old-school tire

Good intermediate compound tire, but not near as grippy as the newer gummy tires. The MT16 is long lasting and has big wide spaced knobs that can handle mud, etc. But for single track enduro, I think a similar tire with gummy compound is far superior.

Pirelli MT21 RallyCross Tires Are a Great Match for...

With a little less than 1000 miles on my Pirelli MT21s (front and rear), I couldn't be happier with their performance both on- and off-road on my DR-Z400S dual sport. The off-road traction (hard-packed rocked roads, dual-track trails, turf) seems great, and the traction on pavement (dry or wet) has been reliably solid. Sure, you can feel the knobbies when rolling on pavement (upright and in turns), but that's to be expected. Although this set has low miles, the wear and tear seem reasonable with no chunking. And yes, the wheels are balanced.

  • Pirelli Scorpion MX Soft Terrain

Best tires for MX, hands down!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely love the Pirelli scorpion tires, traction is phenomenal, they hold up extremely well even on harshest of terrains. After struggling to find good traction with Dunlop?s I decided to give Pirelli a try and I?ve been hooked ever since, I run the scorpion mx32 extra X front and rear for intermediate to hard pack terrain tracks and the extra X front and the soft terrain rear for sand tracks. Would highly recommend running these tires for anyone struggling to find tires with great traction.

  • Pirelli Scorpion MX 32 Soft To Mid Terrain

    Super Impressed!

Needed a new tire to replace my worn out Bridgestone X30. Heard great reviews on this tire through Keefer Inc Testing and decided after considering this tire, the Bridgestone X20, and Dunlop MX33, that I would try the Pirelli. My typical riding conditions are soft-intermediate, which seemed to suit the MX32 Mid-Soft the best. Mounted it up and rode on it immediately after I received it. My go to track is a sand/clay mix, but stays on the softer/looser side generally that develops deep ruts and lots of acceleration/braking bumps. It was a little softer than usual due to some rain the night before. I could not believe how well this thing hooked up! In the soft stuff, it hooked up very well, but was also controllable/predictable when the conditions exceeded the ability of the tire. Lean angle is very predictable with the rear. I was very, very impressed! Not once did I lose the rear with this tire. I'm not sensitive enough to really comment on bump compliance, especially since I did not do a back to back comparison. But I will say, that when accelerating through nasty chop, the rear end stayed planted and more connected than my older X30. Braking was also very predictable. I ran this at 13.5-14PSI based on Keefer Inc's recommendation. Only gave it 4 stars because I cannot really comment on durability just yet since I only have 1 ride on it.

Junk, side lugs gone in 60 miles

Lost nearly every single side lug in just two rides. I have never had a tire do this in such a short time. Junk
