Optimal choice for professional training and amateur to semi-Pro racers who ride all types of terrain and demand performance lap after lap especially under "race simulation".
  • Surface area and compound's carbon black structure for balance between stiffness, reliability and lasting performance.
  • Grip and traction on a wide range of terrain (from mid soft to mid hard).
  • Perfect application for training; optimal compromise between performance and durability.
  • Tread pattern taken from previous design with the rear's layout rigidity improved through "bridges" and a front similar to the Scorpion MX Soft 410.
  • Multi-ply carcass with high resistance to punctures but maximum flexibility to absorb forces during jumps or obstacles.
  • Training performance in all terrain conditions with uniform knob wear, resistance to deformation while damping and thus extended durability.
  • Front knobs: arrow-like layout and side knobs for directional accuracy and straightaway visibility; V-shaped knobs improve braking stability and cornering side hold.
  • Rear knobs: maximum traction on all terrain applications.

It's a good tire but left me feeling meh
This is not a bad tire but I also was not impressed with it. It does the job and provides decent traction and decent life but I was unimpressed compared to some others. I am a fan of Pirelli tires but think the MT16 and the Scorpion Pro FIM are both far superior to this tire. This one does have great side knob reinforcement so if you have issues with ripping knobs I bet these won't rip on you! Overall it's a good tire it was just not as good as others I have run.

Scorpion MXeXtra x soft to mid terrain
I ,ve used this tire for a couple seasons in the eastern woods and it grips unbelievably well , durable side knobs, wears very well for such a pliable tire!

Worth the money
Most comfortable tire I've ridden on and has great durability. I rode mostly soft terrain mx with some hard pack indoor mixed in and the pirelli's have out lasted any other brand I've tried.

Best rear tire I have tried..
This tire is great in sand, hard pack dirt, it doesn't slide out at all when at high speed corners.

Outstanding value on excellent tire
We have compared this tire back to back on our local (sand) track and have found it to out perform other top tires.

Fantastic!
Tire is awesome, it's the only one I run on my 2017 KTM 450. Holds up better than any other brand out there. I can practice and race on this tire with minimal wear.

Great intermediate tire that handles well and last a long time
This tire came stock on a bike I bought a few years ago and it work really well I didn't know if it was just the bike or the tire until I change it to another brand and realized it was the tires. currently I have them on my new bike and I absolutely love them in (mid to soft Terrain)

Is the tread good on front?
matthew h on Oct 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes. It seems to be pretty predictable as far as traction. There are better tires for certain conditions, but these handle most pretty well. One thing I would not do is ride a lot of hard pack with these. I think you’ll chew them up.
Is this tire DOT approved?
paul p on Oct 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If i remember correctly it is. One of my favorite tires. Almost exactly the same as the scorpion pro FIM. I'd say this one has slightly better side tread.
