The 777 motorcycle tire was designed for mileage and performance without the high price tag. A staggered, positive ration tread pattern ignores highway rain and provides excellent wet weather adhesion.
H Rated tubeless
Aramid belted.
Excellent choice for cruising or touring.
777 H.D. (Heavy Duty) version with reinforced carcass.
Just had these Shinko 777 put on. First ride was in the rain, tires performed very nice, felt safe and secure while riding on the freeway splitting traffic. Can’t rate the wear since I only have about 100 miles on them. Oh and they look really good on my HD Softail Deuce -m-2000 HARLEY-DAVIDSON®--
Installed front and rear white wall 777's on my Nomad, 2k miles and they have been awesome. Excellent ride and feel, no traction issues. Went from MI to Niagara Falls to Pocono and back, a lot of trip was in the rain, had no issues.
I just purchased this 80/90x21 front tire for my 1983 Harley FXWG.. Very nice tire. I also have one on the front of my '08 Harley Fatbob.. I've been so impressed with the front tire on my Fatbob that i just had to have one on my FXWG.. I don't have enough miles on the 21" tire to really give an accurate review but i will say that the 777 on the Fatbob has endured every kind of road condition for the last 2 years and is more than i could've hoped for.. I will be ordering one for the rear on my Fatbob soon.. I do have a Shinko on the rear of my FXWG but it is a different model but is wearing extremely well..
I’m running the Shenko 777 on Both front and rear of my 2014 FXDB. The price is very right and the grip seems to be good. There’s less than 500 miles on them so I’ll have to see how they wear and how long they last before the final verdict
Best tires for the money. I ride a kawasaki vulcan 1600 and a kawsaki voyager 1700 I have shinko 777 on both they far exceed the wear and grip of stock Bridgestone tires while costing less. Try to heat cycle the tires a few times before a big ride to get best wear.
i like the tires shinkos they were a fair price from rocky mountain atv and free shipping to got the tires in 2 days last year i bought the rear tire for my nomad 1600 and test run it. and wow no slipping so this year i bough t the front shinko whitewall and they are heavy duty and good quality
Shinko 777 great tire!!! Get you 2 of em for your bike!! You won't regret it
I love this tire I bought the shinko 777 HD! It is reasonably priced tire, and it is long lasting, it way out last the other inexpensive tires I've had on it! It rides real smooth, turns easy with,!!! This tire shinko 777 looks real good on my bike. I have a v-max. I will buy me some more. These are great inexpensive tires!!!
Handles good in curves and in a strait line cold or hot days. Have not tried it on wet roads yet.
I got the tire for the price. I have put about 1200 miles on it and it handles better than my Avon I had on my bike. If the life of the tire last as long as my old tire I will be buying another when it's time.

Will this fit the rear also?

BEST ANSWER:Hello: It will fit the rear, however not recommended. Shinko makes the 777 HD for the rear. I know that some people run them on the rear, but they are usually on bar hopper short ride bikes.

Shinko 777 HD Frt. tire is for street use only. Size 100/90-19 fits mostly bikes from 1960s thru 1980s (Front). It would be unlikely a 19" tire would be used as a rear tire for a street application. Perhaps a dirt bike might be used on the street with a 19" rear. I would say this tire would be too narrow for street use (rear). PH
It will fit. BUT the tread pattern was designed by engineering experts in tire technology to be used on the front. I would not trust it in the rain. Also expect it to wear faster when used on the front.
There is no reason a "front" tire cannot be used on the rear providing that the wheel width is appropriate and the gross vehicle weight and speed ratings of the tire are not exceeded.
There is no reason a "front" tire can't be used on the rear providing the wheel is the appropriate diameter and width for the tire size and the load rating of the tire is not exceeded.
I dont think a 19" front tire will fit on the rear without some modifications. I run a 16 in back and run shinko 777 rear tire. Good tire for the price tho.
O the 130 90 16 front tire will only work on the front . Make sure tires marked only for the rear fo on the rear. They are made different from front tires
