The 777 motorcycle tire was designed for mileage and performance without the high price tag. A staggered, positive ration tread pattern ignores highway rain and provides excellent wet weather adhesion.
H Rated tubeless
Aramid belted.
Excellent choice for cruising or touring.
777 H.D. (Heavy Duty) version with reinforced carcass.
I must admit, I was was a little skeptical about the quality of these tires. The price seemed too good to be true. Wow, was I wrong! These are well made, quality tires that perform great and really changed the look of my bike for the better. I'm constantly getting compliments on these white wall tires. I've put a little over 600 miles on them so far, rain or shine, and I absolutely love how the handle! I'll be picking up a spare set for my bike and another for my Dad's bike! $200 a set with free 2 day shipping?!?! Can't be beat PERIOD!
I put the Shinko 777 on the front of my Bike Dog Mastiff. I have over 7000 miles on the tire and it looks like it’s going to out last the Avon tire I had on the bike. The tire handle good in curves and on wet roads. The price was just over half the price of the Avon. Great tire for the price. I will buy it again.
CAN'T COMMENT ON TREAD LIFE,AS I RECENTLY PUT THEM ON,AND HAVEN'T RIDDEN IN THE RAIN YET. GRIP IS GOOD,HANDLING IS GOOD. PRICE WAS A HUGE FACTOR IN PURCHASE,AND REVIEWERS SEEM TO LIKE THEM.
Installed front and rear white wall 777's on my Nomad, 2k miles and they have been awesome. Excellent ride and feel, no traction issues. Went from MI to Niagara Falls to Pocono and back, a lot of trip was in the rain, had no issues.
Grip is as good as OEM tire, maybe better. Price is awesome, Shipped on-time. put about 1k on this tire so far with no issues. Would recommend for the cost consious street biker.
I was sceptical at first, because Shinko has made a name for themselves with CHEAP tires (and not a good one)... But these tires are sticky and can last a while (I’ve heard; I only have 2K miles on them, so far)... Best bang for your buck, plus more....
Running the Shenko 777 on the front and rear of my 2014 FXDB... less than 500 on them right now but the compound seems to grip very well on dry and wet pavement. Great price for The quality
This tire held up very well. I got 14800 miles out of it, and it did very well as a tire. I had it paired with a shinko verge 011 and it did very well on the dry, but this combination does poorly in the wet. I did not have this problem with this tire paired with a avon storm 3d up front. Just food for thought.
This is the second set of Shinko tires on my Vstar. Great wet and dry performance. Not as long wearing as some other brands I’ve used, but at less than $100 they are a great deal. I change my own tires, so it is quite a bargain.
I would recommend these tires and would use them on any of my bikes.
I bought this tire to put on my brothers ST1100 2 days before a 4,000 mile trip. Not thinking that it would be a fantastic tire, since it was so cheap...
But color me surprised! This thing handled extremely well! It gripped far better than a "harley" tire, stood up to 4,000 miles of loaded touring, gravel road riding, and 120mph pulls daily.
I would recommend this to anyone with an odd tire size, older Sport Touring bike, or a Harley. Don't let the shinko brand scare you area! This is actually a really fine tire!
Have not got enough miles on tires to actually do review any justice. So far; so good. Had to change size to get an HD Shinko to fit my bike. That went well. HD on front and back. Have used Shinko tires on several bikes with good results. Last tire which was the regular 777 went 6200 miles before I ran over a spike and ruined tires. I figure it was going to last as long as the Bridgestone that came on bike. Bridgestone rear went 8000 miles and front went 12,500. Bike is a 2011 Kawasaki Nomad.
This has been my first road bike of my own, 99 kawasaki vulcan. I have thousands of miles clocked on other various bikes. After price shopping at a few shops and being recommend the shinko I decided to do it my self. Considering my previous tires was worn smooth and barely made it home showing just the cords, this tire is amazing. I can't speak for tire wear but this tire grabs and holds great in the corners. Being a bobber I tend to not ride in the rain so I can't speak on the wet weather handling. I have a very spirited riding style so looking forward to see how it hold up. Definitely recommend, with my limited experience I don't know how any other new tires feel but I am very happy with th so far
On my third set of PR3 front/Shinko 777 rear for my C10. Getting 11K from the PR3 and ~9K from the Shinko. Great combination for this bike. Steering is light with plenty of traction.
This is a great tire if you dont have the time to ride much. The cost is awesome. It does wear faster but in the case that you dont ride much helps with the tire age.

What does the letter B stand for in the 130/90B 16 and does it matter?

BEST ANSWER:I believe it stands for bias ply tire. I have heard you should never run a bias ply and a radial tire in combination with each other. Hope this helps.
