Hold that clutch basket WITHOUT the fear of breaking the basket. Been there done that. Then I bought the tool.

Great tool
Works great. Works on my bikes. Some hubs you have to mess with it a little to get a bite. I have some vintage bikes too and it doesn't fit those flywheels. Whatever. Cool tool.

The pins don’t hold all flywheels.
This tool worked very well when using it to hold the clutch side of the crank. It did not fit into the holes of my 01 kx250 flywheel though. It should be American made as well. I’d recommend only if I knew it fit your application and you wanted a cheap tool that works.

Worked like a charm.
Sturdy and everything is exactly as advertised. Dont clutch to tight or they will ruin your basket.

Good but not great, wish the pins were a little longer but it’s good enough to get the job done.

Getting ready to change friction/steel plates on '17 KX 100. The manual says I need a Flywheel & Pulley Holder. Will this Tusk Clutch Holding tool suffice?
Dustin M on Oct 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This is not a machine specific tool, i am not sure it will work on the 17 100. i used this on my brothers kx 85 and it works but we are not sure on the 100. how ever if you are not planning on changing the clutch basket and just replacing the friction and steel plates this tool is not necessary.
Will this work on a KTM? 2013 300 xc specifically. The inner clutch hub has half round grooves NOT square so I'm wondering.
Ray F on May 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Not sure. Used on Honda 400ex worked like a charm. Should if u get tight enough. And try not to mar up grooves
Will this work for a ktm 50 sx clutch?
ben b on Dec 3, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I do not know if this tool will work on a KTM 50. I purchased for a yz250f. I was dissatisfied with this tool. It did not fit the clutch, therefore it does not hold the clutch to loosen or to torque.
will it work on the DRZ400 clutch ?
John F on Jan 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes it will work!
Bought this for my 2009 KX250F and it does not fit in the grooves. Any others?
stefan s on Jul 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This is not a machine specific tool. i personally have used this on a KX250F and i actually ground down the ends so it will fit all bikes ranging from 450 to 65's. thanks for your question i hope it helps.
