Taking a hit when you go down can be more serious than you think. It may end your ride or it may mean a surprise visit to the nearest hospital. Take an extra step towards preventing that with the Leatt Brace Dual Axis Knee Guards and make sure you’re protected with the best.

Other knee braces leave you struggling with a lack of coverage or an uncomfortable articulation. Not so with the Dual Axis. Like the name implies, Leatt has integrated a dual pivot system that allows you to move more freely while the brace follows your knee’s natural motion. Because of the pivot system, you take full advantage of the coverage provided to your lower thigh and most of your lower leg. And these coverage areas are full of CE-rated armor to resist both impact and abrasion. The whole suite of protection rounds itself out with airprene backed straps to make sure you get a large helping of comfort along with that armor.

Put all the features together and the next time you wipe out, your knees won’t take the brunt of the damage thanks to the Leatt Brace Dual Axis Knee Guards.

I recommend them

Comments On Apr 16, 2016:I've only put 2 rides in them for about 5hrs. After getting straps adjusted, they're quick on - quick off. Bottom slips into Alpinestars Tech 8 comfortably. I literally did not notice them at any point while riding. I followed Leatt's sizing chart and they fit accordingly with me. I would buy these again.

Great Knee Guards, minus the plastic clips...

Comments On Feb 29, 2016:These are great knee guards with one exception. The plasic clips that hold the strap to the shin guards are prone to breaking. I dont know if its stress or I have them on too tight. I think I would certainly know if there were too tight because I would be uncomfortable right ? anyway, hopefully others are having better luck then me. It seems the plastic clips on the lower straps are the ones with the problem. Other than that, these guards can take a hit, and you dont even feel them on you while riding. the fit is amazing.

Good protection and a good price

Comments On Feb 24, 2016:These are very nice guards. They offer more protection than I have ever had in knee guards. They took a couple ride to break in but now they fit like a glove without causing any discomfort. I like the buckle system as it is very secure.
I would have given these 5 stars but one of the buckles has already broken after only 5 uses. I'm a little concerned about the lifespan of the buckles.

Best knee pads out there, but sizing is off

Comments On Sep 09, 2015:Very durable, comfortable, and protective knee pads. They run extremely small though. I'm a very average 180lbs, 5'10" guy and ordered the L/XL size based on the measurements. They were way too small, couldn't get my knee into the knee cups or the straps around my legs without extreme squeezing. Gave them to a friend and ordered the XXL and they fit me well and are snug but not overly tight. If not for the messed up sizing these would be 5 stars.

works well

Comments On Aug 24, 2015:the strap system isn't the greatest but they work well except for long rides they rub your skin of the knees

not bulky and comfortable

Comments On May 04, 2015:These knee pads are great for trail riding. Knee socks are a must-have with these as they rub pretty hard above the knees. Great flexibility, comfortable, and not bulky.
