3DF AirFlex Knee Guard suits the purpose
Even the XXL felt a little small going on at first but for this 215 lb rider the elastic isn't so strong that it doesn't relax to a comfortable fit. Riding Dual Sport and camping in the dessert, I like a little protection for the off road areas and yet can go into a town and have a burger without knowing they're on me. Top front and side protection, there's no comparison to the $10 lower cost model. Already have one friend wearing them on recommendation and will continue to recommend

You’ll forget your wearing them till your glad you are!
Great, light to medium duty knee protection. First use was a full 10 hr ADV trip, mixed ride to include intermediate technical stuff. Extremely comfortable, Only issue I did have, rubber strips that help keep guards in place rubbed my skin raw. Will wear “knee socks” under them next time.

Worth the price they are very light, comfortable, and good for moderate knee protection.
Nice pads for light to moderate protection very comfortable and sizing is true to size I’m looking to upgrade to more protection the leatt dual axis pads but these are a really great product for someone who doesn’t want to wear the heavier gear I can’t comment on the new harden on impact soft material but it looks like it would definitely prevent minor knee injuries.

    AIrflex Works
After being out of the game for 30+ years I am back riding the desert again and these AIrflex knee guards are the best for me considering the weight and protection level the afford. I come off my bike A LOT in the single track and the protection is really quite good for such a thin/comfortable/flexible product, hardly know you are wearing it. Yes, like others have described Airfit products, I wear the body protector as well, they can be hot. But to have the protection level that stays in place, not rattling around, is well worth it.

    Fit well under jeans/pants.
I was looking for some sort of knee protection that I could wear under my work pants for my commute, and under jeans. These fit well and breath well. And they are tight enough to not slip and slop around without cutting off my circulation.

Overall very comfortable. The aren't going to be the same as the MX Knee/Shin guards I wear off-road but I think they are better than nothing for commuting.

    Leatt airflex Pro knee guards
I cannot give a complete report at this time due to the fact that I have not crashed while wearing my new knee pads as of yet. But what I have found is that they do stay in place while riding and are comfortable. No pinch behind the knees which other knee pads do. Actually forgot they were on after 20 minutes of running. They appear to be well made and should protect the knees as they're supposed to. Time will tell.

Comfortable and I feel well protected, custom braces haven't worked well for me. I like these. The logo came off after first wash.

Can these be worn under jeans?
    Robert M on Apr 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I've worn these for an entire Hare Scramble Racing season. The fit is great, not to tight, very comfortable
and really good protection. If you are riding a street bike with jeans these would wear really good. I have the
Leatt elbow guards also and use both under my riding pants and jersey. Hope this helps.
Do these have a 'hard shell' outer surface? Thinking about sharp rocks..
    Glenn S on Aug 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: when i ordered them I thought they were hard shell ,glad they aren't . I was surprised to see they were not when I opened box. I have 5 hard hours riding on them plus 1hr and 33 min of hare scramble hard hours . never knew they were on so comfortable. the flexible rubber type material is supposed to harden on impact on a molecular level. went down six or seven times knees are good . ONE important note- hit the ground, bike landed on inside of right knee did not hurt till next day(not bad) just annoying. I wear a thor knee sleeve under AirFlex, and I can say 100% you will not be aware they are even on,they are that comfortable.Joe Danbury ,Conn. we have a lotta rocks. buyem
