I went with the RAD valve to wake up my 2023 X-Trainer, and it did! Gains in the mid and upper rpm were welcome, but you will loose a bit of torque off the bottom. I run a fatty pipe, and open air filter cage. The instructions recommend leaning out the main jet by two sizes (148). Riding fire-roads at 9000 ft., this was too much, lots of ring noise, corrected by going richer one size (152). These sizes are NOT based on stock MJ. Make sure to buy a "Safety Allen" socket to remove the stock manifold.

Tried the vforce 4x reeds and they were great but they kind of mellowed out the low-mid punch these fi bikes have. The bike did rev out a little better on top but I felt like it lost too much low-mid. So I put these Boyesen reeds back onto the oem cage and they seal much better. 100% recommend

Replaced worn out reeds on a 2001 Honda CR500 with these Boyesen Super Stock reeds. Easier starting, crisper throttle response, and it fixed some of the throttle blips when chopping the throttle to idle, and air/fuel charge can still get by the curled edge of worn reed. On a 500 those little decel throttle pops have enough power to throw your balance off in a turn.

Exactly what I needed for my CFR150R. Bike was a pain to cold start prior to install. Fires right up after installed and idles much better.
