I have found this chain to stretch/wear quicker than most. For the price, thats not too bad. I keep it as a spare.

DID drive chain.
Good price and quality. I've read reviews about the stretch being drastic, but I have not experienced this problem. Made two minor adjustments within the first 10 rides. 20 plus rides on it now and no more stretch.

on a 2018 ktm 500 exc-f what size chain fits 14 - 48 gears ?
Daniel M on Aug 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 520x116 links would fit.
Will this chain hold up to a kx500? I'm running an extended swing arm for hillclimbing
So I will need to buy 2 chains to fit it. Will this chain be strong enough?
adam b on Jan 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The chain is rated at 7200 lbs. average tensile strength. It should be fine on your application.
Will this chain fit a 2004 crf250x without hitting the case?
JOSEPH O on Mar 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It should fit and not hit the case. Most stock chains for big bikes are 520. Make sure you get one that is long enough. 120 link is safe and then cut to length. The manual would have the exact specs on length and size if you can find it or online.
I'm decreasing my front sprocket by one tooth - Your video recommends adding two chain links for every 1-2 teeth I take away. Since my stock chain length is 98, can I order a 100 link chain and be 100% positive I don't need a chain breaker? [09 YFZ450R]
Brian L on Sep 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Its the other way around. Maybe you mis heard the video, but you cant add any links if you are putting smaller sprocket on. It would make chain too long and you would have to pull rear wheel/chain adjusters too far back and you would never get the chain to the proper tightness. It would be too loose, in other words. You only have to add links when you put a BIGGER sprocket on, obviously that makes existing chain too small and you would have to add couple lengths to make it fit.
Whats the difference between 520x86 and Master link ?
Mike O on Jan 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The 520X86 refers to the size of the chain. The Master Link is one link of the chain that you can remove.
I changed my rear sprocket size from a 50 tooth to a 51 tooth and bought the 520x114 chain and it is to short. Can I add links to the chain or do I just need to get a bigger chain?
Trey F on May 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: U could add links but I wouldnt recommend this.
I would op for the right length chain
My YZ450F runs a stock chain of 520x114, but my sprockets are now 14x50, so what size chain do I need?
Cameron V on Aug 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Check out GearingCommander dot com. There is a tool at the bottom that will tell you what you need. When I punched it in for your bike and gearing, it said that you could use the 114, but would require the adjuster to move in 0.5". That seems like a lot, so I would go up 1-2 links.

If you use the tool, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU CLICK ON "LINKS." There's important notes there for this very useful tool.

Your Mileage May Vary.
What type of master link does this chain have?
A shopper on Mar 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The clip type. it can easily be removed and replaced
i have a yz450f with 13x50 sprockets what size chain do i heed ?
Robert B on Jun 2, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would be happy to help. What year is your machine?
Sorry if I am blind here but is this an O-ring or X-ring chain? I am looking at the DID 520 chain.
Michael G on Jan 31, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is just a regular roller chain. It is not x ring or o ring.
I have a 2013 crf 450r with a 13 tooth front and a 52 tooth rear would this fit ?
Jarrett G on Nov 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You will need to get a 520x118 chain. Which is part number 1009820017.
What size chain will i need for a 2018 YZ250F with a 13 tooth on the front and a 49 tooth on the rear?
Jack T on May 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You will need a 520x114 chain.
I have a KDX200 the stock chain size is 108 with a 13 /47 I have ordered a 13 /48 with a 108 will the chain fit ?
Luke S on Oct 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, where you only went up one tooth it will not affect the chain length.
if i add 1 tooth tooth to the front and 2 to the rear sprocket, how many links would i have to add to stock chain size? [114]
A shopper on May 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You will need to add 2 links to your chain (116).
I just bought a MIKA 52 tooth rear sprocket for my 2015 yz250. The stock chain was too short. Will this one fit?
Kolby C on Apr 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: So it looks like you raised your rear sprocket 2 teeth over the factory 50 tooth sprocket. For every 2 teeth you change on your sprocket, you need to change 2 links on your chain. Stock chain length is 114 links so you'll need to order a 520x116 chain.
