2005 CRF 450 x JD Jetting Kit
2005 CRF 450x JD Jetting- The kit is very complete and the recommend jetting seems to get you in the ballpark. I started with the 170 main and supplied 45 pilot jet. I already had the ccc modded air box and stock exhaust with modified baffle. I ride in the 0-3000' range and 70-90 degree weather. The pilot still seems a little lean at 3 turns out so I ordered a 48 and 50 pilot jet to try. The 170 main seems a bit rich even with the red needle. Switched to the 165 and throttle is more crisp. It's nice to have a selection of main jets to play around with. Didn't use the orings to modify accelerator pump linkage yet. Wish the jets were original Keihin but the ones supplied work as expected. Would recommend the kit for anyone looking to improve performance on these carbs without just guessing.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE!
Anyone whose tried adjusting this on a fcr carb, knows the struggle. This makes simple on the fly adjustments easy! Bought for my 2008 yz250f. Simply remove and replace. Your back on the track. The price point is great and the quality of tusk is amazing! I have purchased so many tusk products and I have yet to be let down but the quality and price!
