Good fit, easy install
I have installed some of the other Tusk handguards with integrated blinkers, these were much easier to install. The others were ok but these bolted right up to my 2018 Beta 430 RR-S and didn't require the flasher to work. The blink a little fast so I'm sure the flasher will help but it was not required for my application (I also have switched to progressive LED rear blinkers).

A must have for enduro bikes
Perfect if you’re looking to get rid of stock signals and add much needed protection. I replaced front and rear signals and had to order the tusk LED flasher for blinkers to work properly. Also if you add these I found it easier for everything to fit on the bars if you replace your signal/light switch/horn to the Sicass slimmed down version. Hope this helps!

-m-2014 KAWASAKI KLR650--These guards do not fit a gen 2 KLR without manipulation. The aluminum guard bar needs to be bent. Once the guards are bent they fit well and feel like they will protect well. The plastics are fine but the led lights are on the cheap side. I had to seal the wire penitrations with silicone. Once the work is done; bending, sealing, and painting (personal preference I like black over the aluminum finish) they look good and add protection. I believe these are still about $100.00 less expensive than Bark Buster Storm guards with led lights. For the KLR I purchased different bolts to go into the bar ends and washers to help make up for the removal of the bar weights. There is now slightly less vibration in my handle bar than in the stock configuration. Yes I like them, and yes they require work to fit on a KLR.

High quality easy installation
Just finished installing these on my DRZ400. Well worth the extra money over cheap crap (those broke while tightening up). LEDs are easy to wire. I didn't see an option for tapered bars when ordering, that would make the fit better. Over all they look amazing. Hitting the trails next week, we'll see how they take the woods.

Crash tested
Had a wreck on the street at 30mph. All that happened to these was scraped plastics. Lights didn’t break or anything. Probably saved my left hand from being crushed.

Good deal
They look great. Not happy with the way they mount to the stock handlebar. Ended up buying new handlebar.

These are great.
These are great. They have saved my hands and levers more times than I can count. They look good, and are strong. I have had theses on my DRZ for about a year and have wrecked with them countless times including once on the road at about 35 mph and they have held up great. There are a few scratches and a couple of stickers have come off it, but they haven't cracked and the lights are still intact and working.

I like the lights in the handgaurds
Looked everywhere for the size of them as for how far they go in for mounting the inside mount well they go in A lot further than you have room on fasst flex bars with a dill and 5/16 bit i drilled a new hole about an inch from the slotted mount and then cut and rounded the end and a little adjusting they fit perfect if you don't have flex bars they should be no problem plus having the turn lights on the handgaurds more likely to be seen at night

Awesome product
Love the tusk D-flex pro guards! Quality product with quality mounting hardware. Nice and snug. Plugs directly into the tusk harness and works flawlessly. Very visable turn signals that I would recommend to anyone.

When I went to install these on my 2018 klx250, they did not seem to work. Anyone ever have a problem with this? I also tried with the tusk flasher and it didn't work at all.
Brady S on Dec 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I installed these on my 2018 Yamaha WR250 and they worked great.
I suspect you are not getting power to them which is probably due to
a wiring mistake. Use a volt meter to check the voltage through the
wire going to the handguards. It should read about 12 volts. Again,
recheck your wiring and I'm sure your lights will work fine. I couldn't
be happier with mine.
Do all of these colors come with cut outs to install turn signals, or is that only available with black?

I am replacing some broken turn signals on my dual sport. They are non led. Will I be able to connect these directly to the factory turn signal wires?
Robert R on Aug 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: These do not come with connectors for connecting directly to the wiring harness. You will have to splice into the stock wires with either crimped on connectors or soldered connections . The other issue is will they operate at the right speed (frequency) without an LED relay. Sometimes they flash very fast without the led relay or compensators. If so just add the relay in line or replce stock relay with the LED relay around 20 dollars. RMATVMC has great videos as well as others on Youtube.
2018 ktm 350 excf , what size 1 -1/8 or 7/8?
kealoha g on Jul 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Order the 1-1/18. Install the 1-1/18 brackets to the center of the handlebars. The end of the handlebars are 7/8. Remove the plastic spacer for the bar end caps and place them in the bar ends and you are now good to go!
I have an 2018 ktm exc 500, would I be able to plug and play, or would there need to be some customization?
Jonathan R on Nov 10, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If the 2018 EXC (or any bike) has LED turn lights now, you plug and play. Else you need the LED modulator sold separately. I put these on my 2005 KTM 400 EXC, and needed the modulator to make it work.

FYI, the hand guards are awesome, as I bounce off of a lot of trees, these are well built..
