Knee Braces provide knee support and protection during those long races or trail rides.

Fit well after ~12 hours worth. At 6" above the knee, I have a thigh circumference of ~18.5", so I went with the Small size as the guide recommended. Initially felt tight (but only in one point...on the outside of the right knee...), but switched to the thinnest foam in that section only helped, and they fit great now. I almost tighten the knob all of the way now. Don't go too big, or you reduce their effectiveness. Great design that seems like it will protect well against impact and twisting. No big crashes yet where I could tell. They don't fit in my Answer (Synchron? 2018?) pants, but of the pants I have, only in my Klim Mojave pants...so if you need an excuse to get a snazzy Klim kit.... Cleaning is involved, so I recommend wearing under pants. I wear them on bare skin, as does the pro MX racer who recommended them to me, and that works fine for me so far. The feeling of gripping the bike with my legs while standing and riding with these is strange. I don't like the lack of feel, the way it feels like having a wider seat, and the slight feeling of them "sliding forward" relative to me while accelerating and gripping with my knees...but I'm getting used to those things, and they are worth the protection. They seem to loosen a bit over the ride.Read All Reviews

I’ve used Leatt protection in the past and when they came out with these budget priced braces paid attention to the reviews and comparisons. My knees are 50 years old and have been through the wringer so I’m very aware of the need to protect them from further injuries. After taking my time unpacking and setting these braces up I am satisfied with their fit. I wore them for a few hours around the house and made the needed adjustments before pulling on my gear and taking them for a ride in the woods. In ten minutes I forgot they were even there. I ended up suddenly dismounting into some loose tree limbs from a log ride I bailed from and felt very stable. They seem very well built and yet light and somehow comfortably rigid. I rode on a 90 degree day and they weren’t too hot even with the supplied brace socks. Hopefully these will perform in the long run, I’m impressed so far.Read All Reviews
