    Details

The EVS Glider Knee Pads build on the deep experience EVS has in designing and manufacturing motocross protection items, offering a simple solution to keeping your knees well protected while you’re riding.

Unlike most traditional knee guards, the EVS Glider Knee Pads are short and focused exclusively on your knees, foregoing any material that extends down over the shin. This makes the pads easy to put on, and you don’t have to worry about how they’ll fit with your boots. They’re designed to fit well and stay in place, allowing you to focus on the ride instead of your knee pads.

EVS has put a lot of effort into ensuring that the knee pads don’t just fit well, they protect well too. This is made possible with the hard-impact polyethylene cup that is kept in place thanks to the thermoplastic rubber limiters. The entire setup ensures that even if you have a bad crash, your knees get the protection that they need.

The durable construction of the EVS knee pads doesn’t mean that they aren’t comfortable to wear. On the contrary, they utilize a molded biofoam which helps them keep their shape while they stay securely in place. EVS has also implemented a floating shell concept. The hard outside shell is placed on a flexible membrane on the outside layer. This keeps the cup away from your knee. Instead, the part that is actually in contact with your leg is soft and breathable. The result is a comfortable knee pad that doesn’t feel constrictive. You might forget that it is even there!

Overall, the EVS knee pads are an excellent choice when it comes to knee protection. They’re strong and durable. They’re comfortable. They’re also easy to wash, and they’ll last a long time. This is a purchase that you will give you peace of mind every time you ride without being a distraction. Pick up a pair today!
    • The EVS Glider was uniquely engineered to provide maximum protection in maximum comfort.

    My second pair
After years of faithful service, my old EVS gliders needed to be retired. Thankfully, the same gliders are still available. Very good product that I recommend.

Great knee guard, comfortable fit, priced just right.
These knee guards are perfect for my riding style(enduro and desert race) I put them and and forget I am wearing them in minutes. I wore them for 9 hours straight two days in a row and never got sore or tired of them. Great padding on the inside of the knee for squeezing the bike. Plenty of protection above and below the knee. Definitely give you some peace of mind and confidence when riding hard.

Not a brace, but a Great Pad for your knee
Picked these up to replace knee guards that were to bulky in my boots. I have crash tested these at the motocross track with excellent results. No impact injuries to my knees at all, and pretty comfortable, I forget about them within a few minutes. Highly recommend.

    Great knee pads, but uncomfortable
I love the sleekness of these knee pads and they're tough, providing great protection. Bad news is they rub the back of my leg in the bend of the knee terrible! I've tried everything to make them comfortable, but just can't do it.

    Use for DH Mountain Biking
I have used EVS SX-01 braces for moto for years but purchased these for downhill mountain biking. Fit is great and they stay up while riding. I've worn them about 6 or 8 times and they aren't showing any wear. Highly recommended.

Dont buy if your're a big guy
I got the large, I'm 5, 10 and fairly stocky and the guard fits on my leg but way tight. If you have bigger than average legs I wouldn't reccomend them

Is this to be worn over the pants or under?
    Jason B on Mar 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I wear them under. Also best if wearing under the gear make sure to wear a higher over the knee sock. They tend to rub behind the knee which causes some irritation. I have never worn knee guards over my gear but do what's most comfortable for you.
I am a 5'2" 26 year old lady, rather small but average sized legs. I'm not scrawny but not thick.. About average.. Not sure what size to get? I usually buy kids stuff in a large but never bought knee pads before. Any ideas? Thanks
    sadie s on Sep 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I'm fairly certain the adult size would be just fine for you. The top is elastic and the bottom is a velcro strap. The only issue I would see is if the cup for the knee is too bulky for you. I'm 6' but I have chicken legs and if anything the adult size could be a bit larger and I wouldn't complain.
Are these slip ons or strap ons?
    angel c on Jul 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The top loop is non-adjustable so you slip that on, but the bottom loop is a strap with velcro. So it's both.
My knee measures 15 should I go large or med.?
    charles l on Jun 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Go a size big on these. I love the way they fit, but after a couple hours they start digging into the bend of my knees in the back.... they have velcro, so you can always pull tighter if needed. I cut the tops out of a big pair of socks to wear as a liner under mine
    Is this a pair?
    Scott C on May 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this is sold as a pair.
