  Great boots

  Very comfortable. I purchased two pair in different colors because of this reason. Most comfortable boot I've warn. I found this out the hard way, had to walk five miles out of the trail I was on in these boots! Not fun, my other boots would have rubbed my feet and legs down to nubs. These boots just totally fine?

  Great mid priced boots

  I am a novice rider so I don't have much to compare them to but I found them comfortable enough to wear and ride for 4 hours right out of the box. The ankle area felt a little tight so I felt pressure there but it wasn't bad. They are pretty stiff boots, but what I was looking for as they provide much better protection than something like the Alpinestar tech 5. That said, I have to get used to feeling the rear brake and shifter. In my experience these run large. Gaerne has a measurement on their website that is very accurate though. I normally wear 11.5 in Nike shoes, but ended up with a size 10 in these boots.
