There are a few maintenance tasks that practically every UTV owner should complete themselves, and replacing the spark plug is one of them. It’s a fairly easy process, but it’s also one that shouldn’t be ignored.
Every UTV has at least one spark plug to keep the motor running, but the multi-cylinder engines in many side-by-sides require multiple spark plugs . This means that you will need to replace more spark plugs than other powersport vehicles, most of which operate on a single cylinder. That’s why it’s always good to have a spare – or several.

For the size of this thing and the fact that it snaps instead of threads shut, I probably will continue to take my chances with a plug in its box, as long as it is packed tightly away. If space isn't as important (I'm packing into a fanny pack) then this would protect a plug nicely while it bounced around in something.Read All Reviews
