True off-road tires, but DOT approved
I have limited experience with dirt tires and I've only done about 5 hours with these. My bike came with TKC80 which I replaced with these. These are vastly better in every terrain, but that's expected. I've ridden them in rock, sand and mud. The compound is on the harder side and the carcass was very stiff, but mounted up with no drama. The performance off-road for a DOT tire has been incredible so far. No highway use yet, but I don't ride the streets really, just to and from the park and keeping with DOT for inspection.

Like another reviewer noted, the sizes run very small. Dunlop's site even shows the 140/80-18 is almost the same overall dimensions of the 120/90-18 of the AT81. I went with the 140/80.

    European Sizing - Order a 140 if you want a 120
EN91 complies with ECE 75R sizing for off-road tyres, whereas AT81 follows the usual NHS off-road tyre sizing. In terms of physical width an AT81 120/90-18 is identical to a 140/80-18 in EN91.

IT WON THE 2019 ISDE IT SHOULD BE GOOD..?

(I just wanted to get the word out on sizing..) Order a 140 if you want a 120..

    To narrow
Front seems ok but the rear 120/90/18 is more like 100 or 110. The AT 81 on my 300 makes this tire look tiny. I don’t have many hours but I’m pretty sure the tire is to small for my exc 500 and I will have to replace it. Unless you ride strictly single track in the woods with lots of ruts I would consider another tire.
