    Great budget Sport Touring tire
About to replace my first with another Angel ST at 4500 miles (rear) on a Versys 650. Miles have been mostly fast backroads in CO, pretty even mix of twistys and straights. Limited highway above 75mph, average speed probably 65mph. The front will easily last through another rear running 34F/38R PSI they warm up quick and grip very well. Im almost at the wear bars in the rear and its kinda flat in the middle, but ive seen much worse squaring of a rear on a single compound. Not as confidence inspiring as a PR5 in the rain but these more than did the job in a few torrential downpours. For the price they rule

All the tire anyone needs for street riding
I'm very picky about tire shape, more so than pure grip. Almost any tire you pick today is going to have enough grip for street riding. If you think otherwise, you're not being honest with yourself. What I love about the Angel ST is how pointy it is. It makes for fast directional changes, and makes the bike feel very light on its feet. When I got my 2018 GSX-R1000R, the first thing I did was take off the OEM Bridgestone RS10s. It's not that they're bad tires -- they're great tires! But I have to ride 2 hours each way on the slab to get where the riding is good. That would flatten those RS10s in no time. I'm so confident in the Angel STs, even in the wet, that I'd spoon these on for a wet track day. In the attached photo, I have the Angel ST on the left, and the RS10 on the right. You can see how they're even pointier than the RS10s.

ST or GT? Either one really
Being a long time Angel GT owner, I figured I’d try out the old tried and true ST that friends had used in the past. The ST sticks as well as the GT to me. It won’t quite have the mileage longevity the GT has, but for price difference I gave it a shot. It doesn’t disappoint.

    Amazing tire!!!
I purchased my cbr1000 mid 2017 which had Pirelli corsa tires on it that wore down within 2k miles of highway. I loved how well they gripped the road but hated how they squared off fast from highway cruising. I found these did some research and seen that they had great reviews and won many awards so why not give them a try. I was amazed at how they rated these as a sport touring style of tire, they grip the road like a moderate street tire but with the comfort of wet grip on corners and the excellent life from highway cruising. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking to get more miles from a rear tire without worrying about if they have enough grip for any street riding you can do.
