Nice big knobby for KTM 525exc
Only one 2 hr ride so far after the rains. Rocks, deep wet sand single track steep hill climbs. Tire hooks up and handles really nice. Then again the Ktm 525 exc really puts power to the ground.

Going to install one on my 01 Honda Cr 500. Tire should work really well with that bike. Riding Cr 500's since 87. Always a traction issue breaking loose in the loose stuff on big technical hill climbs with the Honda.

Knobbiest ever!
I've put about 3 hours on this rear tire on loose rocks and hard packed dirt. It has extremely tall knobs and doesn't kick out sideways nearly as easily as tires I've used before on acceleration. I can't speak for longevity, but I'm loving it so far.

Pretty good
Overall I am pleased with the tires. They hook good on harder terrain. In the soft/sand, the rear tends to walk a bit but maybe its just me getting used to a new tire. The soft section I rode was getting to my normal riding area of loose rock and medium to hard packed dirt. I did encounter mud and they did well, seemed to clean out pretty quick. Tread life is unknown since I've had them on for only 3 hours of ride time. They bite hard in corners and never had any concern of the front washing out on me.

Is this tires tubeless?
A shopper on Jan 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The tire isn't tubeless, but add a heavy duty to it and you will be fined. It's a great back tire for almost any terrain and wears really great on the street. I have it on my ktm 250 two stroke which is street legal, so it's awesome in dirt as well as the pavement. The knobbys are built way up onto the sidewalks, so taking turns at high speeds is incredible
Is the rear tire DOT approved?
Shane R on Sep 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No it is not. There is info out there that says it is. However the rear is not DOT approved. Maybe the front is however I do not run it.
Is this a combo or just a single tire?
A shopper on Feb 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Price is for one tire.
Does it fit to yamaha sz ..?!
A shopper on Mar 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Check you tire size on your bike now. Adult dirt bike Rear tires are usually 18 inch and 19 inch. The othe numbers refer to the tire width. For example, a 120 is a wide tread tire and a 90 is a skinny tire size. Check the tires on your bike and see what is available on rocky mt. I'm not familar with the sz model, but this works great in the mud on my ktm 250 and husqvarna 300.
Why is the 100/80x18 listed as the rear tire size for an xr650l? The stock size tire is 4.60x18 so I would think the 120mm tire would be a closer match.
A shopper on Oct 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I agree, the 120 is the best option. The 100 or 110 would be a bit tiny and wouldn't stand up to the hits as well,
not to mention the sidewall would not love the girth of your beast in any demanding situations.
I have been running the 120 on every on of my KTM 200's for years due to the type of terrain in my area and I've never noticed a drag on my twirpy motor, can't imagine it would drag your beast down either.
Good luck!
Will this fit a 2014 Yamaha wr250r (18 inch rear rim)?

What is the weight of this tire? 110/100/18
