Chose right this time
I had tried the evo yz bend but they just felt off to me somehow. So I went back to the stock Yamaha bars for a while. Then these went on sale and I purchased the evo sx race bend. No wonder the pro guys like these bars. They are a great bend and sweep for the newer Yamahas. It feels more natural sitting and standing up in the attack position. They have great flex characteristics and help to combat arm pump. Would highly recommend if riding a newer yz 250f/450f

No Gripes on the Grips
This is actually my third set of the pillow tops. They really do feel good in the hand while riding. The only negative I can think of, is these are the only grips Ive ever had that only lasted two years. The nature of the pillow top material being soft and compliant means that the dimples do wear down to smooth relatively fast. On the plus side, the grips are easy on the wallet, and it offers a good excuse to change up the colors with a new set.

really like this bar pad. If fits my stock KLX300 bars perfectly, and since my bike is the battleship gray color it matches too and I like the fact that the logo is kinda like ghost letters not a bright color. as far as the padding its not what I would call to soft. I selected the stealth color This pad is 9 3/4 " total lenght, 2 1/4 " dia, and the lenght NOT including the cone shapes on both ends is 8 1/2" (flat surface)
