Solid all around tire
I alternate the rear tire between a gummy and a soft terrain tire, but this front tire seems to handle both well enough. It lasts remarkably well and no complaints on performance in both mountain singletrack and open deserts.

Dunlop D606 Dual Sport Tire

I replaced an older d606 with this tire. The previous tire lasted approx 3000 miles. It's a great tire for mostly off road use with some road miles, but really it's the only tire I run on my dual sports. If you're tired of wondering which tire to get, and you want to be able to ride like you're on a dirt bike, just buy this tire. There are better dirt bike tires, but not better for a dual-sport.

The rear sand stars are a great tire is your looking to be able to turn sharp, drift/powerslide around more than a straight paddle. I have these on my YFZ and they are great for the dunes and sand trails.
