Not a bad DOT rated tire
I have been riding these tires for about 650 miles. I keep a pocket compressor in my back pack so when I come to a trail head, I let them down to 10psi. When I'm ready to go home, I air them up to 25psi and set off down the road. This keeps the tires from being to spongey on the road and have better handling.

I ride in all types of terrain, the front tires don't do well in soft sand, digs in like a knife (possibly due to inexperience) also in wet rocky terrain, they like to slide out pretty easily.

But other than that, they work very well. When aired down, I have no problems flying down dirt roads or single track. They absorb hitting rocks very well, sticking in corners, they break loose predictably when going down windy dirt roads and the front moves a bit but it's not bad. Breaking is also very good. They chug through muddy single track pretty well, ride through wooded trails nicely, they handle alright in shallow sand, little squirrelly but not bad. They also grip dry rock faces quite nicely as well.

The road worthiness is exceptional once aired up. They corner nicely and are quite smooth for knobbies. I've put about 400 miles of road on them and they are holding nicely.

All in all, they aren't a bad tire for the price and if you air them properly for the terrain, they work well.

Hard compound helps it last a little longer when you need to run pavement, but the carcass is very stiff and doesn't show a good footprint when aired down. Great dual sport tire, but average dedicated dirt bike tire.

Great DOT tire
This is now my favorite rear tire on a big, strong-running KTM EXC 4-stroke. It lasts a long time, even with highway use and rocky trails. I think I figured out what the DOT rating does. Recently using a good, non-DOT tire all the center knobs blew off at 90+ mph on the highway (way out away from town). Not with this tire. I know I shouldn't ride that fast but...... this tire holds up to the abuse. Highly recommended for big dual sport bikes. The same bike ate a cheap tire in two rides, where's the value in that?

Tire
So far so good after one ride, feels good on the road and hooks up on the dirt. Best of all it's cheaper here at Rocky Mountain.

Great street legal dirt tire
I have been using these tires for a while. I got 1100 miles out of a rear using it for a duel sport ride and riding at my favorite OHV park. I have used them on the Sheetiron and in Death Valley.

Great traction
These tires wear well and give surprising traction on a variety of terrain. I did the Renfro Valley Dual Sport ride last year on a fairly worn tire and it was wet with single track and long slick hills and made it through with minimal issue. Highly recommend.

Good Tire
This tire was very aggressive for a dual sport tire, its basically a dirt bike tire with a DOT rating, however it did handle very nicely on pavement, very well balanced!!!
