  • Ultimate MX Hauler Motorcycle Carrier

    Steve in CA

    The best

I’ve used others, made my own too, but this is the “ultimate” hauler. You still need to use one tie down from the handlebar to the bumper in order to keep the bike steady and secure, which is super easy to do. Great product. I have 2 of them.

    Switch Hauler

Has been a very good product for me so far. The one thing your going to know is that I had to upgrade my suspension in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Which was a hassle and expensive even doing it myself. After its first use I had noticed my leaf springs been bent the opposite direction to what they're supposed to be. Had to order heavy-duty ones from auto zone as well as upgrade my shock to air shocks to also help with the extra weight in the back. If you have a truck designed to haul heavy loads you'll probably be okay. If you have a small suv as i did know you may have a some extra work/money to spend in the future. Other than that its been a good product the only issue I had was one morning my jack wasn't lifting my bike. After a short video on youtube I seen it was a very simple fix that needed no additional tools. I believe you just open the jack all the way and pump the air out, close it and should be good to go again. Stability with this setup has also been great due to the thick bolt that screws it snuggly to your receiver. Your still going to want to take it slow obviously but you don't see it moving around very much at all. A buddy of mine had the other style where you push your bike onto a platform which his didn't have the screw. His bike actually popped off while he was driving through a dip. Last, the bike that I carry with this switch hauler is a 2019 ktm 300 xci-tpi. Which its stock pegs fit perfectly into the tie dow hooks on the platform. Ive recently upgraded to the fast way titanium pegs which are even better cause they're lower to the ground making me hunch over less on my bike however they are a fatter peg which make it fit a little weird on one-side but none the less still works fine. I run a thick metal braided rope trough the bike, switch hauler and hitch on my jeep just incase something ever happens to fail it will be contained to my vehicle.
