I got these Tech 10's a few years ago since I loved the last two pairs of tech 8's I had. First impression was wow, super sturdy, armored, looked great. Very stiff at first, took tons of riding time to get them loosened up. The boot rubbed my ankles for a long time until i just got used to it. Wore thicker socks to keep the pain away. The biggest downfall is the buckle system. They are hard to latch. I have to hit them hard to buckle on the lower ones, the top buckle on each boot, I cant get them to latch without hitting them with a tool, hammer, piece of wood. So I just push them closed and run duct tape around them instead. Even when they do latch, they sometimes pop open when riding and catch on things. So I tape them. I had high expectations but was disappointed. After spending over 500 for them, Im stuck using them until they wear out. I wish the buckle issue could be fixed though, very frustrating and puts a bad mark on the company name.Read All Reviews

I received them Saturday and wore them in a Hare Scramble Sunday. They are very comfortable right of the box with no break in period. I can't imagine the need to buy more expensive boots than these, but at the same time I wouldn't go back to the Tech 3's.Read All Reviews
