Best buckles in the history of motocross boots!

Not really, actually bailing wire would work better. At least you could cut that off at the end of the day. The buckle system on these boots enrages me every time I wear them! They are comfortable and provide great protection, however in less that one season of riding the right boot developed a horrific leak. Like wring out your sock of massive amounts of water bad! These are what I call "purchase day" boots, like that $99 Bell helmet you got the day you bought your bike..... Spend a couple extra bucks and get something that will last and wont take 20 minutes to get on and off.

    Runs Very Small!

Thanks to RM for the worry-free exchange. I'm usually a Medium everything, and fit in men's size 32 pants. However, I bought a Large in this jacket based on the chest measurements, which should have allowed plenty of room everywhere. Not so, couldn't get it on with the liner, even with just a Tshirt underneath. With liner removed, got it on, but really tight in the hips and chest. The jacket itself looks really well built, with soft lining around the collar for scratch-free wear. The shoulder and elbow guards are light, enough to offer a bit of protection but not too much to feel like a straightjacket. I like the pockets placed well for gloved opening/closing. I can't wait to get the X(!)-Large and test it. Will post an update!

    good shorts, with caveats

fit: they run at least a size small (order larger, fit guarantee gives one free exchange :)... stretch bands are narrow and use strong (tight) material. waist band is closer to true fit, but still small. silicone friction on leg only... quality materials, and construction... hard pads are noticable sitting in truck nad walking, but pretty much disappear while riding (dirt bike, attack)... if you want hard pads (upper femur, tail, soft over illiac crest), the isn't much choice. fit may be a problem though (especially with tree trunk thighs) without alteration.
