  This is the best moose on the market. Its lighter & last longer than all the other mousses I've used. I've been running the same rear moose for 5 years and its been installed in roughly 8 tires, still in great condition. The trick is to get the biggest moose possible.

  Great traction but tire is too stiff

  Great traction but the tire carcass is too stiff for my liking. Because the tire is so stiff, the front isn't compliant over roots and I'm running crazy low air pressures just to try to compensate. I liked the Star-Cross 5 front tire a lot better even though it has just a little less grip. The Star-Cross 6 rear tire is definitely better than the older version but again, it's pretty stiff.

  I like it.

  Very nice, the nobbies are not big, good grip on roads, significantly less breaking power on the rear. Great dirt control and slides. I'd say it's a 60% off / 40% on road. Cool design.
