I have tried two of these tires

Garbage tire. I run tubliss but this is a 700 mile or less tire. It will start chunking off at about 100 miles and it tears down to the core. Carry a ton of tire plugs

Knobs on front rip off easily

Unfortunately bought two of these for the front. Ran the first one tubeless at low pressure (5-8). Front side knobs starting tearing off very quickly to the point where slime was seeping through the carcass. Figured it was a fluke/bad batch. Ran the 2nd front at 12 psi in Colorado (lots of rocks) and it was trashed within 100 miles. I was leaving drops of slime all over but it didn't leak. I contacted Dunlop to ask them about it and they said that tire is not designed for tubeless and you must run between 12-16 psi only otherwise the tire will fall apart like mine... Rear tire held up better, but isn't anything special. Per Dunlop, the tire is not designed to be used as most people are likely to use a tire on a dirt bike...

    400 miles or less

I only have 180-200 miles on this tire and the center treads are torn about 1/2 way through. That being said it has traction all day long in mud rocks loose dirt and everything else but it's very very soft and unless you have plenty of money and don't like a long lasting tire don't buy this. I Not sure about sand but I cannot imagine its great

    Garbage

Worst front tire I've used in 20 years of riding and racing. Ordered it in 2015, and it was date coded Oct. 2012, so apparently they're not selling many of these. Mine was probably already dried out, but it was not particularly good in sand or mud, and it was downright dangerous on mixed or hard surfaces. Feels very vague, and washes out everywhere. The knobs are too small and too rounded, so they fold right over on harder surfaces, and don't move any sand in softer surfaces. I would recommend something like a pirelli scorpion MX410 tire much more highly than this for sand. This is the first tire I've ever removed before it even showed any wear, it's that bad.
