Great tires indeed! Love them! Durable and good performing. Will buy again and might try the vx40 front perhaps.

Put this tire on my 2017 DRZ400S tire has worked very well for a budget tire. The traction and wear has been very good I use it for 90% offroad and 10% on road. I feel the rear tire is very good but I will not buy the front one again, don't like the offroad feel of the front tire seems to want to wash out.

Little difficult to mount properly or could be my lack of mounting skills. But once mounted correctly, balanced and back on the bike makes for a very smooth ride on pavement. Haven't had time to try off road but the look good and a lot more fun to take corners than a D606

I have about 2k miles on this rear right now. 70% offroad on my BMW 800. Not impressed. It's ok on the road and limestone dirt/packed dirt, but it is sketchy in anything lose, completely useless if it gets sandy. Wet roads are not its friend either. I would have hoped for it to wear a little better too, but after 2k miles it looks like my other tire did after 7k miles. On the upside, its a cheap tire, so no real harm done. No I will not buy it again.

These are decent tires for a great price. Dirt performance is pretty good, much better than the stock KLR tires. They allow you to really relax and have fun on mountain roads. Paved performance is not as great, these feel very soft and have a tendency to flex in corners and slide when braking. To be fair, I may be running the pressure a little low. They are also somewhat loud on pavement as you would expect with a dirt tire. Overall, I do like them. I would call them a 70/30 dirt tire.

I run this tire paired with a Dunlop D908 rear on my Tenere 700 for ultimate off-road traction, with excellent on road grip and handling characteristics. For being a full knobby biased for 90/10 off road riding it performs admirably on road, and is confidence-inspiring when the going gets tough. Having run this tire locally, on a two week Baja trip, and recently on the WABDR I am on my second tire, and have no intention of looking for a better one for the type of riding I do.
