    Dang fine tire

Extremely good off road traction. Grips wet roots and bites into mud pits. Very pleased w off road capabilities (8-10 psi w tubliss). On road handing is meh (20psi). Likes to catch and track imperfections in black top. Tread life may be on the short side. Have about 350 miles on it so far, and showing some decent wear.

Not that great on a 690 enduro r

Installed this tire new before leaving on a 1700 mile CABDR trip. Tire lasted 1,300 miles and it was toast, within 300 miles the knobbier started to partally break off and most others showed cracks and tears. Luckly I had access to a used tire and swapped it out. Also, surprisingly the tire didn't perform well on gravel road turns like many other tire do with such an open tread pattern.

Great choice for dual sport or adventure riding

Great dual sport/adventure tire if you plan more off-road than pavement riding. Have been very happy with the durability and wear.

    Kenda Equilibrium instead

I love Kenda tires and have had really good luck with them. After I bought the 270 I bought a Kenda Equilibrium Dot approved rear tire 4.50/18 .BINGO I found the ultimate rear tire for the tight single track, rocks and roots of Northeastern, Pennsylvania. Durable and sticks like glue .breaking is fabulous especially when breaking into a turn and hitting the gas hard out of a turn .wont put anything else on the rear of my 2017 YZ250X. Gotta try this tire .

Best do it all Dual Sport tire

These are just amazing dual sport tires. I've been to Alaska, up the Dempster and Steese highways on them. They handle mud, calcium, asphalt, rain, and warm weather all with a strong grip. There are times a knobby would do one job better, but that's always the balance with Dual Sport riding.
